Short and honest: what we know, and what we never see
Privacy
Creator Design asks you for deep, honest reflections. We keep them safe for you — encrypted, never read by anyone on the team, never used for anything else.
What we know about you
Your account: your name and email, managed by our authentication provider (Clerk). And where you are in the journey: for each of the nine blocks, whether it is not started, in progress or complete, which step you reached and how many of its questions you have answered (a count — never the answers); how many times you used the thinking partner; when you were last active; and, if you are one of the first 100 Early Adopters, your number and when your certificate was issued. That is all.
What you write
Your reflections, nuggets, statements and thinking-partner conversations are saved to your account, so you can continue on any device and never lose them. They are encrypted (AES-256) before they reach our database, with a key kept separately; the admin panel never shows them; nobody on the team reads them; they are never shared, sold or used to train AI. A copy also stays in your browser so the studio works offline.
The AI thinking partner
Optional, and off until you press a button. When you ask it something, the notes of the block you are working on travel with your request to our server, which relays them to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the response, streams it back to you, and keeps nothing. If the partner is disabled, nothing is ever sent to the AI.
Visits
Anonymous, cookieless page statistics (Vercel Web Analytics): which pages are visited, never who visits them. Plus the standard server logs of our hosting provider.
Who handles your data
Creator Design is a non-profit project by Pedro Álvarez Bretones. Our service providers: Clerk (accounts), Neon (encrypted database), Vercel (hosting and statistics) and Anthropic (AI responses, only when you ask). We never sell or share your data.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from your profile menu (top right) — your account data, your progress summary and everything you wrote go with it. You can also erase only your writing from Settings. To exercise any other data-protection right, write to us.
Your own copy
You can export a personal copy of everything you wrote anytime from Settings — a file that is yours to keep.
